Great stomach workout and not just for post pregnancy This video is garbage, if I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely not safe for someone who just had a baby. The ab moves were very difficult for me at 12 weeks pp and I was in decent shape during my pregnancy. Aside from this being unsafe, the flow of the workout is hard to follow and the moves are very dancer-esque, which if youâre not a dancer is very strange to try and follow.
