Yummy I’m not pregnant yet, but we are TTC. I’ve read through the book and showed my husband some of the recipes. He pointed out several that he wanted to try and seems excited about them! No nutrititional info or serving sizes I purchased this because I am a pregnant Diabetic II and I was looking for some interesting ideas for some better eating choices. I was not expecting the options in the book to cater to my Diabetes or manage my blood sugars, but I WAS expecting it to have some basic recipes for the “everywoman” to eat healthier.There appear to be some better choice options in this book, but the biggest thing that disappointed was the lack of nutritional info and serving sizes.
