Recipes are not a gluten free
Good information, not good recipies I really really wanted other like this book. There is a lot of good information which is why I gave it 2 stars. The recipes are not good… Almost all of them I have tried taste like I’m eating a big batch of unseasoned tomatoes/onions/peppers. Far too many of the recipes have zero (or close to zero) spices or herbs which really sucks because there are so many that have positive benefits.
