Gentle workouts for pre- and post-pregnancy I did the prenatal workouts religiously and felt great physically during my pregnancy. My weight gain was perfect, and I felt energized. The repitition is rediculous! I couldn’t even get through the salsa portion without wondering “is she ever gonna switch to another maneuver?!” If you want a good workout, this isnt for you.
