Iâm returning this book, I was looking for a book about nutrition and the first section I opened it up to gave me immediate anxiety as it pointed out the higher likelihood of miscarriage for women over the age of 35. Sorry, I didnât come here to remind myself the risks of older women being pregnant, I wanted good nutrition advice.
