    Easy to understand, fairly detailed but still some omissions I bought this because I wanted a comprehensive guide from a trusted name, I also liked that it is a recent publication so was hoping it would have everything needed. The stage by stage (outlined by week) details are interesting and useful. The nutrition advice is also good. The book is divided into three trimesters, and I read one trimester at a time as I was experiencing it – so didn’t find out until week 14 that pelvic exercises are recommended from the beginning of pregnancy.
