    With so much conflicting info about what yoga poses you can and can’t do during pregnancy I bought this book in hope of clarification and in depth info that you can’t get off the Internet. This book is basically a copy and paste of a week development of the baby that you find on any pregnancy app, gives one pose per week and a suggested sequence of 10 poses for each trimester at the end.
