    Mixed bag I have mixed feelings about this book. I’m a first time mom-to-be but I’m also in healthcare so come to reading this from both perspectives. Part of the book is great! I like the fact that there’s a lot of basic information about what to expect without it being the same-old pregnancy book. The workouts are excellent and challenging and I’m in pretty good shape!     Good book to keep you fit during pregnancy. Thanks Jillian! Bought this book solely for the workout routines and was not disappointed. I was tired of all the other baby books which just give you one or two exercises to try per month. I wanted a book that gave me a full body workout with variety and appropriate for each trimester. Jillian Michaels delivered. This book has a full calendar of workouts – each week of pregnancy has four workouts.
