    like the video but she talks too much!! The workouts i think they are fine for pregnancy, at least we move a little instead of being couching or sleeping. the only ANNOYING thing i found is Heidi talking soooo much! I would like the segments to be separate from each other to skip segment to segment or be able to choose what to do, but it’s not like that, it’s a whole thing all together and you have to forward and know in what exact minute is the workout you want to do. But seriously she talks a lot in between each excersise, too…

    I really like this workout video for pregnancy. I’ve been using it since 2013 when I was expecting my first and now that I’m on my second I still like it.I noticed a common critique of this video is that it isn’t high impact enough for some mamas. I agree that it would work best for someone who isn’t highly physically active but wants to pick up activity for the sake of their pregnancy.Another criticism is that Heidi talks too much between workout sessions. I agree here…
