    Full of information – it’s everything you need I bought this book when I was about 4 weeks pregnant, so a lot of the information in the first chapter (all about how to prepare your body to conceive) wasn’t needed and I skipped a lot of it and went straight to the month by month ‘what to expect”.     Better than ringing the doctor with every scare. In common with several other reviewers I found the dietary advice rather alarming and so opted not to read the ‘Best Odds diet’ but use the government advice instead.I all other respects I found this book great, it saved me ringing the doctor or midwife with every panic and gave me a much clearer view of what to expect from my ante-natal appointments.
