    Great DVD, effective exercises. I have used this DVD throughout my last pregnancy, and find it very effective. I still had weight to lose after (bad chocolate habit), but less than I probably should have done, and had a straightforward natural birth.I find it’s perfect to give me a ‘proper’ workout- shaking arms and legs, feeling it for 2 days afterwards, yet not feeling overwhelmed at the time. The pace is good, as is instruction around proper form. And plenty of reminders about pelvic floor- which I need…
