    Amazing. My favorite. Does exactly what it says. I knew I’d have to adjust my fitness routine when I got pregnant, and was bummed to give up the high-intensity, high-impact Jillian Michaels-style interval workouts I was used to. I stopped running at about 4 months, when it started to feel weird and uncomfortable, and I continued to do some of my old workouts (with modifications) through the 5th or 6th month.     Love these workouts Love these workouts! I did prenatal yoga with my first two pregnancies but towards the third trimester had to give it up each time because I couldn’t hold my balance in the positions and would basically fall over all of the time.This workout is perfect for maintaining balance and working through your limitations as you get bigger without it feeling too easy and basic.
