    Safe and low impact – physical therapist approved! I am 32.5 weeks pregnant with my first baby and have been working for the past 12 years as an orthopedic physical therapist. I have always been a fan of workout videos for those days when one can’t make it to the gym and am so grateful that Amazon Prime Video helps provide some variety.
