    I was a little sceptical about this book as I would not recommend trying to lose weight while breastfeeding, however this book highlights that and instead talks about healthy meals and snacks that you can eat while breastfeeding that will be good for both mother and baby. It has some very nutritious recipes. All you need is a but of forward planning to ensure you have the right ingredients and then leave enough time to make it. Easier said than done when you have a baby to care for too! However…
