About EZ Level Pregnancy Test Strips:

EZ Level Pregnancy test measures the levels of the pregnancy hormone Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in urine. This hormone is produced by the cells of the embryo that will later form the placenta. The level of HCG starts to increase from its basal level of less than 5 mIU/mL directly after implantation, and doubles about each 48 hours during the first weeks of pregnancy.

Directions:
Immerse the strip into the urine. Take the strip out after 3 seconds. Lay the strip flat. Read results in 5 minutes.

Did you know?

  • The average implantation time is 9 days past ovulation. It takes two or three days after implantation for the embryo to make enough HCG for a home pregnancy test to work. So that means the majority of women won’t get a positive until 11 DAYS past ovulation.
  • We do instruct to test the day your next period is supposed to begin, or after, to ensure the HCG hormone has enough time to build up. Some women are able to test 4-7 days before their missed period, however, a majority of women will not have the minimum amount of HCG present in an early pregnancy to accurately test.
  • The accuracy of home pregnancy test results varies from woman to woman. Each woman ovulates at a different time in her menstrual cycle. Plus, the fertilized egg can implant in a woman’s uterus at different times. If you want to test as early as possible but want to make sure you’re getting the most accurate results, test the day your next period is supposed to begin – you have a 99% chance of getting an accurate read on most tests then.
  • Only 25% of couples actively trying to conceive will experience pregnancy within the woman’s first cycle. However, 90% of couples will achieve pregnancy within the first 12 months of actively trying.

  • TEST PROCEDURE: 1. Immerse the strip into the urine; 2. Take the strip out after 3 seconds; 3. Lay the strip flat; 4. Read results in 5 minutes. NOTE: Any urine specimen is appropriate for pregnancy testing, but the first morning urine specimen is optimal because of its highest concentration of HCG. Test results must be read at 5 minutes. Though a positive result should not change for several days, a negative result may change to a false positive within minutes after the end of the testing pe
  • READING THE RESULTS: POSITIVE (Pregnant): Two color bands appear in the Control and Test Zones. It indicates that you are pregnant. The color intensity of the test bands may vary since different stages of pregnancy have different concentrations of HCG. The hormone level increases as your pregnancy progresses. If the results reveal a faint test line, there is a strong possibility that you’re pregnant. If HCG is present in your urine, you’ll have a positive test result.
  • READING THE RESULTS: NEGATIVE (Not Pregnant): Only one color band appears in the Control Zone. No apparent band in the Test Zone. This indicates that no pregnancy has been detected. INVALID: No visible band at all or there is a visible band only in the test region and not in the control zone. CAUTION: Although you may not be pregnant, it could also be too early to tell. For instance, your urine may not have enough of the HCG hormone to be detected yet. If you do not get your period within 7 days
