    You will need a blender for these recepies!!… I brought this book as am keen to try & follow a healthy diet when TTC. Whilst this book is useful, a lot of the information is not new to me. I was keen to try the detox but the list if ingrediants needed went over 2 pages so I think I will try a more simple one. I’ve tried a couple of recipes. The spag Bol needs 500g of meat not 200g-it barely made 2 meals!!! The feta burgers were yummy, and the passion fruit ice cream was good. Would have been better with a nice cream blender.
