    Wonderful Book This book is fab. Everything from the attractive design, the useful size, the clear sections and the great outer sleeve that becomes a quick reference wall chart.     A good buy I have hyper-mobility and suffered with SPD during my previous pregnancy and had been referred to pilates by my physio therapist. When I fell pregnant this time I decided to try and keep up the pilates and fend off the SPD and decided on this book as I already own a different pilates book in the series.
