    Expected more I have this book, and think it’s really well laid out and easy to follow. I particularly like that the exercises are split into trimesters, and then also for different stages post partum. I think the step by step guides to the exercises are quite accurate, and should be quite easy for me to follow (I am a qualified pilates teacher! but wanted a bit of guidance since discovering I’m pregnant). I don’t expect to use it exactly as laid out, but rather as an addition to the other exercise classes…

    This book is fab! I was keen to keep in shape during my pregnancy but finding it hard to find the motivation to do any thing whilst feeling tired and getting bigger. Lucie makes doing exercise an easy part of every day, even when you don’t feel like it. I am surprised that one of the reviews say there are not enough exercises for pregnancy as there are lots for each trimester with easy and hard alternatives.
